Does anyone still check my Blog??
I haven't blogged for so long that I will be very surprised if anybody reads this.
A quick update though. I have been in NewZealand with Bella since the beginning of December training hard for Ironman NewZealand. All has been going well, I have won a couple of small swim run races , the regional Olympic distance champs and got 2nd in the Auckland Half Ironman.
Bella and I travel down to Taupo for the Ironman this weekend. We both hope to do well.
I may not blog on here much but I will be updating a diary page on my New Website: www.stephenbayliss.net

I just read it! I found your post about last years Hastings Half marathon... amazing time! (I just ran in this year's).
I would appreciate it if you add you blog to my list of running blogs
